How to complete the Loan Expenditure form – step by step:

1. List all items (products, machinery, equipment, etc.) that you need to purchase in order for your business to launch.

You do not have to complete every field.
The more information you provide, the faster we will be able to finalise your business plan and move to the next stage.

For each item, provide:

Product name (e.g. sewing machine, pizza oven, laptop, Facebook or Google advertising, website, logo, banner, leaflets, or purchase of stock)

Cost (e.g. £800, £250)

Link to the website where it can be purchased
(or instead of a link: a screenshot or an official quotation from the supplier)

2. If the price of a single item exceeds £499:
   You must provide price confirmation in the form of:

a link,

a screenshot,

or a supplier quotation (e.g. PDF, photo, or email).

3. The total amount must match the amount you are applying for
   (e.g. £10,000, £15,000 or £25,000 – depending on your application).

Note:
This form relates only to items that need to be purchased – do not include services, advertising or promotion unless they are genuinely required.
